I understand your concern with everything going on and understand how stressed you must be feeling right now. I wanted to ease your worries as much as I can as long as I can. We always have gone above and beyond when making sure everything is sanitized before, during, and after every session. We have been strictly by appointment only since we first opened because of how diligent we are with our whole cleaning process. That is why we have high reviews because of how incredibly thorough we are choosing & screening our clients before a session. Remember that stress lowers the immune system, and it so happens that we are in the business of easing that stress. They don't call us The Elite Relaxation Specialists for nothing.

At M.I.A The Elite Relaxation Specialists, your well-being is the highest priority. With growing concerns about COVID-19 (Coronavirus), we want to share some of the steps our location is encouraged to take every single day to keep members, guests, and employees happy and healthy.
After every session, linens are removed and replaced in the treatment room. This includes all sheets, towels, and the cover for the headrest. Clean linens are stored out of reach away from any clients.
Lotion bottles, skincare product bottles, and stretch equipment are wiped down with a disposable disinfectant, sanitizing cloth, and a UV light.
Objects that are frequently handled, such as phones, keyboards, toilets, door handles, massage stools and tables, countertops, and cabinets, are regularly cleaned with a disposable disinfectant and sanitizing cloth and a UV light.
Our air pads and filters are changed regularly according to the manufacturer’s directions.
Employees must thoroughly wash their hands with warm water and soap for at least 20 seconds before and after touching guests or members, before touching clean linens, and after visiting the bathroom.
In addition to these simple steps, We are encouraged to be extra diligent to ensure employees exhibiting any signs or symptoms of illness, including acute respiratory illness, remain home. Likewise, if a member or guest with an upcoming appointment is not feeling well, please give us a call, and they will be happy to reschedule your appointment.
